TRESE WALKER NEW EQUIBASE WEST COAST FIELD SUPERVISOR

Equibase Company LLC today announced the appointment of Trese Walker as West Coast field supervisor for the Company's field operations staff.

Walker has been an Equibase chartcaller at tracks in Oregon and New Mexico since 1996. Before joining Equibase, she worked as a call taker for Daily Racing Form and also served as racing secretary at Grants Pass Downs. Walker received a race track steward accreditation from the University of Louisville in 1998.

Equibase data collection manager Chuck Scaravilli said Walker's experience will help facilitate the implementation of the Company's new collection system.

"We are fortunate to have someone of Trese's ability available to step into this important position and maintain Equibase's high standards of data integrity for the industry," he said. "Her experience will help ensure a smooth transition as Equibase rolls out its new data collection system."

Walker succeeds John Rinne who resigned to pursue other business opportunities.
