PRACTICE SQUAD - Looking at the data on all of these thoroughbreds, this is the only one to stalk. Worth a good look at this horse. She got a decent speed rating the last time she tried this trip. Just missed hitting the board on Jan 18th at Fair Grounds. With pretty good morning line odds today, she has my interest. MISS MACABE - Filly was in versus 'open company' on January 21st and should find this group easier to deal with. This filly is in fine condition, having run a nice race on January 21st, finishing third. The Jan 21st race at Fair Grounds was at a class level of (78). Dropping down in class drastically, so she should be in a good position to win. This equine earns a lot of cash per race around the track. Tops in this race. The 67 last race speed rating looks mighty good in the TrackMaster PPs.

Vulnerable Contenders: #8 BAYOU ROAD (ML=7/2), #5 LAFLO (ML=4/1), #4 VICTORIOUS BROAD (ML=6/1),

BAYOU ROAD - This was a live one, but now this one hasn't been doing anything in the morning. Have to be leery of this one. LAFLO - Doubtful that this animal will finish better than she did last out when ending up fourth. If you keep playing these kind of 'bridesmaid' types, you're going to be frustrated regularly. The speed fig last out doesn't fit very well in this race when I look at the class rating of today's affair. Mark this horse as a questionable challenger. VICTORIOUS BROAD - Last raced on Jan 21st at Fair Grounds, finishing fourth. Not likely to move up off of that performance in today's race.
